I walked in with my fathers old turntable from the 70’s, looking to get it up and running again, and Julian explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. Him and his team were able to tune it up and fix it within hours of me dropping it off at the store. They are all super knowledgeable, personable and communicative. You can tell by talking to them that they truly have a passion for their work and I will definitely be coming back. If you need audio repairs, your gear is in good hands with them!

My favorite record store! The staff are very nice, friendly and superbly knowledgeable in repairs. Cleaned up my TEAC amp and it's been running great since. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll try to get it in for you. A great place for the neighborhood!

I cannot say enough great things about Tonality. I've been a customer for years, loved the vibe and selection, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Recently my turntable needed some repairs and trusting them I travelled over an hour to have them repair it. Julian is the best. So honest, so genuinely interested in the music and helping people, he spent over an hour with me testing out things so we could find my perfect sound, all from the goodness of his heart. The repair cost was beyond fair, I loved spending my afternoon there, and I left with such a smile. I wish I was closer so I could visit more often, but I will continue to travel here whenever I need help because they are just that worth it. The world needs more people like the people here. Thank you so much for everything, can't wait to return.

Tonality is my favorite record store of all I have been to. Tino and the staff are so friendly and helpful and keep such an incredible stock of albums! Many unique and rare finds which are always well labeled, and they are happy to help you identify the exact version (if you care as much as I do :) the store is also clean and well organized which is a nice change from some others haha

All around great store. Very, and I can't stress that enough, very well-sorted (from abrasive Relapse Records stuff to New Wave) and super welcoming. Went for something I found on their Discogs, left with some extras and staff even checked the basement (and found) a near mint copy of Toronto's own Martha and the Muffins 'Metro Music' when I didn't find it in the crates.

I just moved into the neighborhood and was trying to get started on setting up a good audiophile system and this place was a heaven sent. Tino is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and helpful in helping tread these audiophile waters. Highly recommend!

Great niche selection. always a really great vibe in the shop. was able to find look at some super rare pressings and buy a few of my most wanted! highly recommend
